THE CLEVELAND BLUE RAIDERS won the team title in the Tennessee state individual wrestling championships Saturday, in Franklin. It is the first time since 1994 Cleveland has won the state dual title and traditional title in the same year. Banner photo, RICHARD ROBERTS
